Terms of Service

Use the app for your own work. Do not fake reviews. Your data is yours and we will not take it from you. We are a small operation and the app is still in beta, so it may change or break. Do not use it for anything where a bug would be a disaster.

You must be 18 or older, and you must be a real person. Bella Flow is built for working beauty professionals: stylists, barbers, nail techs, lash and brow artists, estheticians, waxers, braiders, and makeup artists.

You are responsible for what happens under your account.

An account exists so your work comes back on a new phone. You can sign in with an email code, with Apple, or with Google.

• Keep control of the email address and provider accounts you sign in with. Anyone who controls those can get into your Bella Flow account.
• One account per person. Do not share it or sell it.
• Tell us at bellaflow@alevyn.io if you think somebody else has access.

We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms. If we do, we will tell you why, and your data stays put while it is sorted out.

Your book, meaning your clients, visits, prices, tips, payouts, photos, and notes, belongs to you. It lives on your phone.

• We do not claim ownership of it.
• We do not sell it.
• You can export all of it as a file from Settings whenever you want.
• You can delete it from Settings or by deleting the app.

To delete your account and the reviews attached to it, email bellaflow@alevyn.io from the address on the account.

Bella Flow sends your clients a private link to leave a review of a specific visit.

The rules here are short and they are not negotiable:

• Do not fake reviews. Do not write them yourself, do not have friends or family write them, and do not pay anyone to write them.
• Do not offer anything in exchange for a good review. Asking for a review is fine. Making it conditional is not.
• Do not send review links to people who were not actually your clients.

A review record only means something if it is real. An account we find manipulating reviews can have those reviews removed and the account suspended.

What clients write is theirs. They own their words. By using Bella Flow you agree that reviews left about your work may be displayed on your public review page and, later, on your public profile.

We may remove a review that is harassing, contains a threat, includes someone’s private information, or is clearly not about a real visit. We are not obligated to police every review, and we do not edit them to make anyone look better.

• Break the law, or use Bella Flow to help someone else break it
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone
• Try to access another person’s account or data
• Probe, scan, or attack the service, or work around its rate limits
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its data
• Use it to store anything you are legally required to protect in ways this app does not (medical records, payment card numbers, government ID numbers)

Bella Flow is early software distributed through TestFlight and it is offered as is.

• Features will change. Some will be removed.
• There may be bugs, including bugs that lose data.
• There is no uptime guarantee.
• Export your backup regularly. The app makes this one tap in Settings, and it is the only thing standing between a bad day and a lost book.

Bella Flow is currently free.

If paid features arrive, we will say so clearly before anything costs money, and nothing you already have will be taken away and sold back to you. Any purchase would go through Apple’s App Store and Apple’s refund rules would apply.

You can stop any time. Delete the app. Email us to delete the account.

We can end it too, if these terms are being broken, if the law requires it, or if we shut the service down. Except where someone is actively doing damage, we will give notice and time to export.

No warranty. Bella Flow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

Limits. To the fullest extent the law allows, Alevyn LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Bella Flow will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars or what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is true, they do not apply to you.

Your part. You agree to cover Alevyn LLC against claims arising from your use of Bella Flow, content you upload, or your breach of these terms.

Law and venue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia, and both sides consent to that.

Apple. Bella Flow is distributed through Apple. These terms are between you and Alevyn LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Bella Flow and is not responsible for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes get an in-app notice. Continuing to use Bella Flow after that means you accept the new version.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing something once does not mean giving it up. These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.
