Installing the TestFlight build

  1. Install Apple’s TestFlight app from the App Store on the iPhone you want to use Bella Flow on.
  2. Open the invitation email or link you received.
  3. Tap Accept inside TestFlight, then Install.
  4. Open Bella Flow from your home screen.

If you don’t see the invitation, check the email address you signed up with, and check spam. If it’s still missing, email us and we’ll resend.

Common questions

I'm on a commission split. Does the app handle that?
Yes. In Settings, set your workplace to Salon mode and put in your commission percentage. Every log will show your actual take-home after the cut. Tips stay yours and are tracked separately.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. No accounts, no login. Bella Flow also keeps a recovery copy of your records in your own iCloud, so a phone change doesn’t erase your numbers. See the Privacy page for the full picture.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Open Settings, then Export your data. You’ll get a JSON file you can save or email to yourself.
What if I change phones or reinstall the app?
On a fresh install, Bella Flow checks your iCloud for a records file. If one exists, you’ll see a “Welcome back” prompt with Restore or Skip. Pick Restore to pull your numbers back.
What languages are available?
English, Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt), and Spanish (Español) ship together across every screen. Bella Flow picks up your iPhone’s language on first launch, and you can change it anytime in Settings.
Does Bella Flow do taxes or invoicing?
No. Bella Flow tracks the day, not your taxes. If you need to hand numbers to a bookkeeper, export your data.
What's Bella Flow+?
A premium tier with custom services and default prices, Year in Review, your top services and top clients, and full data export. Billing isn’t live yet; beta testers have it on automatically until it ships.
Will it work on iPad? Android? Web? Apple Watch?
iPhone only. Bella Flow is built for one person, one phone, on purpose.
The app crashed or something looks wrong.
Email a short note about what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps. iPhone model and iOS version help too.
