Yes. Bella Flow has a sign-in. You can use an emailed six-digit code, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. There are no passwords anywhere.

Your clients, visits, tips and payouts still live on your phone. The account exists so your work comes back if you get a new one.

Yes. In Settings, set your workplace to Salon mode and put in your commission percentage. Every log then shows your actual take-home after the cut. Tips stay yours and are tracked separately from the service price.

Two different paths, on purpose. Your book, which is clients, services, tips, payouts and notes, stays in your iPhone’s own storage. Bella Flow also keeps a recovery copy of your records in your own iCloud so a phone change does not erase your numbers. That is a way back, not live sync across devices.

What does sit on a server is your account record and the reviews your clients leave, along with your professional page if you publish one. Client names never reach the server. The Privacy Policy lists all of it, line by line.

Your page is the one part of Bella Flow built to be seen by other people: your name, your work and the reviews clients have left after real visits. It is published because being findable is its whole job.

Nothing about you is published until you choose to publish it, and your private records take the separate path described above. They are not part of your page.

Yes, and it is free. Open Settings, then Export your data. You get a JSON file you can save, keep, or import back in later.

On a fresh install, sign in the same way you did before. Bella Flow checks your iCloud for a records file, and if one exists you see a “Welcome back” prompt with Restore or Skip. Pick Restore to pull your numbers back.

Email bellaflow@alevyn.io from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. That removes your account record, your professional page, and the reviews attached to it from our servers.

Deleting the app from your iPhone removes the copy on the device. Your iCloud recovery copy is in your own iCloud account, so remove it there if you want it gone too. Export first if you want to keep your records.
