Effective date: TBD at external beta launch
The short version
Bella Flow runs on your iPhone. Your data lives there.
No accounts. No login. No server collecting your work. No trackers. Nothing sold.
iCloud keeps a recovery copy of your records, in your own iCloud, so a phone change doesn’t erase your numbers. That copy is yours, in your iCloud, managed by Apple.
Export your data from Settings anytime. Delete the app and the local data goes with it.
What Bella Flow collects
Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to share it.
Bella Flow does not create an account for you. It does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any identifier to use the app. There is no sign-in.
What's stored on your device
When you use Bella Flow, it stores what you put into it: services, prices, tips, payment methods, notes you add to a log, goals, the client first names you choose to log, and your settings. This information lives in the app’s private storage area on your iPhone, the same place every iOS app stores its data.
iCloud recovery
Bella Flow keeps a recovery copy of your records in your own iCloud. When you log something, when the app goes to the background, or on a quiet periodic schedule, the app updates a single records file in your iCloud container. That file is in your iCloud, managed by Apple, not by Bella Flow.
This is a recovery copy, not multi-device sync. Day to day, the app works fully offline. If you change phones or reinstall the app, Bella Flow will look for that records file and offer to restore from it.
Exporting and deleting your data
You can export a backup of your data at any time from the Settings screen. The export is a JSON file you can save, email to yourself, or store wherever you want.
To delete your data, clear it from inside the app or uninstall the app from your iPhone. Uninstalling removes the local copy on the device.
Apple TestFlight
While Bella Flow is in beta, it’s distributed through Apple’s TestFlight program. TestFlight is operated by Apple. When you install or use a TestFlight build, Apple may collect crash logs, performance data, and other diagnostics, as described in Apple’s TestFlight privacy notice.
We use that information only to find and fix bugs in beta builds.
Third-party services
Bella Flow uses no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, marketing pixels, or trackers of any kind. No Firebase, no Mixpanel, no Segment, no Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics.
The only network surface in the app is your own iCloud.
Children's privacy
Bella Flow is intended for working adults. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced inside the app or by email to beta testers who have given us their address.
