For your work
Same job title. Different deal.
Two people can do identical work all week and take home completely different numbers, because the arrangement underneath is different. Bella Flow treats what you practice and how you get paid as two separate questions.
What you practice
The specialty is the craft.
Bella Flow is built alongside people taking clients every day across the beauty and grooming trades. The app does not preload a service list and tell you what you do. You name your own services at your own prices, because a Full Set means one thing in your chair and something else in the next one.
- Stylists
- Barbers
- Nail techs
- Lash artists
- Brow artists
- Estheticians
- Wax specialists
- Braiders
- Makeup artists
Available in English, Tiếng Việt and Español across every screen.
How you get paid
The arrangement is the math.
This is a setting, not an assumption. Set it once and every number in the app follows it. Change it when your chair changes.
Salon on commission
You take the client, the salon takes a cut. Put your split into Settings once and every log shows the number that reaches you, not the number that reaches the business. Tips stay separate, because they are not the salon's to split.
Booth or suite rent
You keep the service price and you pay for the room. Bella Flow keeps the take-home math out of the way and lets you hold what you made against what the space costs.
Independent
Your own room, your own prices, your own book. Nothing in Bella Flow assumes a front desk exists, so nothing breaks when there isn't one.
Why it is built this way
The salon’s software is for the owner.
Booking systems, point of sale, the schedule on the front desk screen: all of it is built to run a business, and the person in the chair-side view is the last one it was designed for. Bella Flow starts from the other end. One professional, one phone, one record of the work that person did.
That is why the client book travels with you rather than with the building, why the take-home math is yours rather than the business’s revenue, and why your reviews attach to your work instead of a salon page you do not control.
