The idea
The salon’s software is for the owner.
Booking systems, point of sale, the schedule on the front desk screen. All of it is built to run a business, and the person taking the clients is the last one it was designed for. She can see the business’s revenue and not her own. She can see today’s column and not her own year. The client book belongs to the building.
Bella Flow inverts that. One professional, one phone, one record of the work that person did. The book travels with her. The math is her take-home, not the business’s revenue. The reviews attach to her work rather than to a page she does not control.
Where it starts
By the end of a shift, the numbers are scattered.
A cash tip in an apron pocket. A transfer from one client. A card from another. A walk-in you almost forgot. The number in your head doesn’t quite match the math, and when the paycheck shows up it doesn’t always match what you remember either.
So the first thing Bella Flow had to be was fast. Four seconds, between clients, at the end of a long day, when you have nothing left. If logging is slow, nothing else in the app matters, because you stop doing it by Thursday.
